‘Hat Trick’, the newest CD by The Rich Greenblatt Group.

Boston-based vibraphonist and composer Rich Greenblatt’s 3rd CD contains nine original compositions performed by this rock-solid band of Berklee professors.

This modern jazz group mixes in funk, odd-time signatures, South American, and blues with their generous helping of swing. The band showcases Greenblatt’s lyrical and rhythmically quirky compositions combined with each musician’s extraordinary improvisational gifts.

Each song on the recording has a unique mood and style. Get ready for a melodic, jazz band that swings hard, grooves deep, and soars on ballads.
